At Eden Housing's Resident Services Program at Coronado Terrace and Vista Terrace Hills, managed by the Neighborhood House Association, home is about more than four walls. It's about the people around you. Our program transforms affordable housing into a thriving, connected community where neighbors of all ages come together to learn, create, and celebrate, with free services available right where they live.

Residents build brighter futures through financial empowerment programs like Eden Savers, where neighbors earn matched savings for education, alongside workshops on budgeting and income literacy. We also offer the Family Self-Sufficiency (FSS) Program, a five-year partnership that helps residents set and achieve goals around employment, education, and financial stability. Kids discover new passions through hands-on arts and crafts activities in our after-school enrichment program, while families stay nourished through monthly food bank distributions, complete with holiday turkeys and fresh produce when it's needed most.

Throughout the year, neighbors dig into the community garden and participate in many activities, from spring fests to National Night Out to back-to-school events, fall fests, and holiday celebrations, turning shared courtyards into spaces of joy and belonging. Seniors enjoy museum outings, and residents participate in arts and crafts activities, proof that this community's talent runs deep.
