Resident Care
Supporting families with enriching activities for all ages
Resident Services Program
Bringing neighbors together through activities that inspire learning, creativity, and connection for all ages.
At Coronado and Vista Terrace in San Diego, our Resident Services Program transforms affordable housing into a thriving, connected community. Here, neighbors of all ages come together to learn, create, and celebrate, all at no cost. Kids discover new passions through hands-on art classes and after-school enrichment, while adults build skills in workshops on financial wellness, parenting, and more. Throughout the year, festive celebrations turn shared courtyards into spaces of joy and belonging. More than just activities, we are here to uplift, empower, and bring hope home.
