CORONADO TERRACE

In south San Diego, Coronado Terrace sits on a 14.03-acre site with a garden-style setting just north of the Mexican border. It was at risk of being converted to market-rate housing when acquired by Eden Housing in 2015. The property underwent an extensive renovation completed in 2018; to improve the lives of Coronado’s families, provide ADA upgrades, and implement significant improvements in energy and water efficiency.

Residents can walk to grocery stores on tree-lined sidewalks or take bus transit to nearby shopping and services. Five parks are within 4.5 miles including two National Wildlife Reserves and Otay Valley Regional Park.

On-site amenities include a 4,000-square-foot community center with a kitchen, a fitness center, a computer lab, and a multi-purpose room. Covered parking, a playground, a pet park, and bike-friendly qualities make this the perfect place for families to call home.

Neighborhood House Association provides on-site resident services such as after-school programs and tutoring, digital literacy, and financial coaching services.
